Household Service Providing System

A platform connecting users with household service providers featuring multi-role auth and a booking workflow.

Problem

Households had no single place to find and book vetted service providers (cleaning, plumbing, electrical), and providers had no structured way to manage incoming bookings.

Solution

Designed a multi-role platform (Admin, Customer, Provider) with Sanctum authentication, a booking workflow with status tracking, and an admin dashboard for managing users, services, and bookings — with eager loading to keep listing pages fast.

My role

Backend design, database schema, authentication & RBAC, and API endpoints for booking and admin flows.

Impact

Gave customers a self-serve booking flow and gave admins full visibility into bookings and providers from one dashboard.

Developed a web-based platform connecting users with household service providers (cleaning, plumbing, electrical).
